Bibles: There are many types of Bibles being marketed today (i.e. devotional, study, men’s, women’s, youth, hardcover, paperback, leather, large print, pocket…). These are secondary considerations and really are individual decisions. The primary issue in choosing a Bible is that it is a trustworthy translation. We use and recommend the New International Version (NIV) or the English Standard Version (ESV).
